We ship daily using USPS and UPS shipping services.
Most items are flat rate $9.95 per order up to $99.00.
Bulky and heavy items are assessed $13.95 shipping, some items are available for in-store pickup only.
Saddle shipping is $55. This includes shipping to the continental US and shipping insurance on the saddle.
Orders over $99.00 are free shipping except for saddles, western saddle blankets and certain overweight/oversize items.
We ship to the lower 48 states only. In the case of wrong order(wrong item, wrong size/color), we will gladly refund any shipping fees for the original shipped location ONLY. We are not responsible for any item that is shipped out of country or any duties, fees, or other shipping costs associated with shipping beyond the contiguous lower 48 United States of America.
Tennessee shipping addresses will be charged state tax.
Return Policy
We want to be sure you are happy with your purchase! Please note our return policy for website purchases:
- Returns on new unworn, unused, full-price items only.
- Franklin Saddlery gladly accepts returns accompanied by original sales receipt within 14 days of purchase.
- No Cash Refunds. Exchange or Store Credit will be given on regular priced items for original cash payments.
- All Sale items and Special Order sales are final.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- NO RETURNS are accepted on saddles, helmets, consignment items, or sale/clearance items, no exceptions.
No shipping fee refund on items returned unless it is a wrong order sent.
